Name: La Vida en Dichos

Description: Five murals composed of numerous panels of various sizes, put together like a puzzle. The themes of each mural relate to San Jose: the land and valley; education; heroes and history; love and art; and ancestors, legacy and future. Images are woven together thematically by Spanish dichos, popular Spanish proverbs and sayings that communicate simple wisdom. The dichos are translated into English through 3-dimensional text mounted on the adjacent walls
